IFSCC 2026 Logo and Venue

Our Logo
In 2026 the IFSCC international congress will be held in Adelaide, South Australia. The first nation’s people of the land on which Adelaide resides belongs to the traditional owners, the Kaurna (pron. Gar-Nar) people.
The Kangaroo is the centre piece and the most important part of the logo.  The Kaurna thrived around Tarndanyangga which means “Red Kangaroo Place”, which became the site for the City of Adelaide. The red of the logo represents the red ochre which is used right throughout Australia by Aboriginal people for ceremonial rite.

The boomerangs that are depicted in the logo are a representation of safe travel. When the boomerang is thrown correctly it will return back to the owner. The boomerangs in this logo represents a blessing to all conference delegates travelling to Adelaide that they will return home safely.

The chemistry motifs depicted in the logo tie in our industry and represent the science that goes into creating cosmetic products.
The logo was proudly designed by first nations man Kevin Kropinyeri and his business partner Paul Marrotta.
Our Artist
The 2026 IFSCC congress logo was designed by Kevin Kropinyeri. He is a proud Aboriginal man from the Ngarrindjeri Nation of the lower River Murray, Lakes and Coorong region in South Australia.
Kevin is one of Australia’s most established and popular Aboriginal comedians with a long list of Australian TV credits. A high-energy performer, Kevin is sharp, likeable, silly and measured; mixing keen observational standup with joyfully ridiculous physical comedy. His engaging brand of comedy warmly invites both Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal audiences to share his journey, his culture, his life.
Kevin is a regular feature on the mainstream corporate, club and festival circuits and a Melbourne International Comedy Festival Roadshow regular. He is a bona fide star of the Indigenous performing arts scene.
